The Rokk'pots have arrived!!

When I first showed off the sculpt for this miniature Ston'emm waaaay back in January of this year, but the design had been floating around since Novemeber. Now, after months of waiting we're about to have our first official assortment of hand-cast-resin Rokk'pot figures going on sale.

Without further ado, here are the pictures, each Rokk'pot has 4 points of articulation at the neck, shoulders & waist. Let us know what you think of them!

Standard Rokk'pot

Rock Type: Granite & Slate

Abilities: Rokk'pots, like all Ston’emm possesses the ability to reconstitute their body with any nearby rocks or stones after being heavily damaged. They can also telekinetically gather rocks up to form crude melee weapons and morph their limbs into hammers, maces or other blunt instruments. In addition to these abilities, they can also do something the Ston’emm call ‘earth-walking’ and can move through solid earth as if it was water. This enables them to attack foes from under the ground or to easily escape through the earth. Rokk'pots are excellent warriors skilled in using their small stature to their advantage when fighting larger opponents. While their strength is slightly less due to their size, their speed is greater then their larger Ston'emm brethren.

Bio: The first line of Rokk'pots called into battle during the start of the 'Armorvor Wars'. They're angry at the world and generally highly argumentative & quick to resort to violence to solve a problem. The Ston'emm/Glyan Alliance was happy to provide them with the perfect outlet for these pint-sized protagonists to vent their frustrations on. Never backing down from an opponent, the Rokk'pot Ston'emm fight to the end whenever they get into battle.

 V.A.D. (Volkriun Assault Division) Rokk'pot

Rock Type: Pearl Emerald

Abilities: These Rokk'pots, like all Ston’emms, possesses the ability to reconstitute their body with any nearby rocks or stones after being heavily damaged. They can also telekinetically gather rocks up to form crude melee weapons and morph their limbs into hammers, maces or other blunt instruments. In addition to these abilities, they can also do something the Ston’emm call ‘earth-walking’ and can move through solid earth as if it was water. This enables them to attack foes from under the ground or to easily escape through the earth. 

Bio: Stationed on Volkria with a contingent of Glyans, these Rokk'pots are excellent at guerrilla warfare. Rugar were skeptical at first to their abilities, due to their diminutive size, but changed his mind quickly after 5 of them took down one of the native creatures in a quick, clean and well organized way. "They may be small..." he said, "...but don't let that fool you, it'll be the last mistake you ever make.".

Pur'pullium Tribe Rokk'pot

Rock Type: Purpulite

Abilities: These Rokk'pots, like all Ston’emms, possesses the ability to reconstitute their body with any nearby rocks or stones after being heavily damaged. They can also telekinetically gather rocks up to form crude melee weapons and morph their limbs into hammers, maces or other blunt instruments. In addition to these abilities, they can also do something the Ston’emm call ‘earth-walking’ and can move through solid earth as if it was water. This enables them to attack foes from under the ground or to easily escape through the earth. The Rokk'pots of the Pur'pullim Tribe also possess  high-levels of psionic energy inside their bodies which they can transform into physical force. This enables them to super-charge their melee attacks with powerful psionic energy to inflict greater damage. Some more experienced members of this tribe can also build up this energy & release it as powerful psionic blasts.

Bio: A skilled tribe of Psychic Warriors, the Rokk'pots of the Pur'pullium tribe are experts at psionic melee combat. Slightly more level-headed then other Rokk'pots, they find by channeling their rage into psionic energy is a better way to vent stress. Quiet and through, oppoents grow uneasy whenever this tribe of Rokk'pots walk onto the battle-field.

It was great to get these guys out finally. The Pur'pullim Tribe Ston'emm is a very odd color purple & difficult to photograph accurately. The above photo is as close as to it's real color as I could get; the Lil'grinds photos posted yesterday are how it looks outside under sunlight.
