Fabric Fighterz Sprydarr Technician (Planet Ts'aeb Mimic Colorway)

Fabric Fighterz are plush toys made out of artwork printed onto cotton fabric, sewn together and stuffed. The main concept behind this line is just because it's fabric, doesn't mean it can't still be fun. If you grew up with Wrestling Buddies, went on adventures into your backyard with your stuffed animals or just got on the ground and had fun with your toys- then this line is for you. 

Every Fabric Fighterz toy is hand made by me, Christopher Negri, with a sewing machine and printed onto fabric by the fine folks over at Spoonflower.com. Stuffed with Poly-Fil, these toys have limitless applications only limited by your own imagination. 

Created as a composite image from 3 different Matt Doughty concept art pieces found on the Glyos Blog, I (Christopher Negri), spliced them all together and the Sprydarr were born! 

This colorway was created to pay homage to the Web Slinging Spider Battle Beast toy from the 1980's. I knew once I created the Sprydarr using that concept art that I had to make this one, and I even made test samples of this before Toy Pizza Expo 2024. This release in particular is a nod to the Transformers: Headmasters anime where the Battle Beasts originated from (called Beast Formers over in Japan). I even took an image of the Beast Former planet and put it on the belt of this little guy.
