The Bruh'guh- Standard Soldier Fabric Fighter plush

Fabric Fighterz are plush toys made out of artwork printed onto cotton fabric, sewn together and stuffed. The main concept behind this line is just because it's fabric, doesn't mean it can't still be fun. If you grew up with Wrestling Buddies, went on adventures into your backyard with your stuffed animals or just got on the ground and had fun with your toys- then this line is for you. 

Every Fabric Fighterz toy is hand made by me, Christopher Negri, with a sewing machine and printed onto fabric by the fine folks over at Spoonflower.com. Stuffed with Poly-Fil Silky, the adventures you can have with these toys are only limited by your imagination. 

The Bruh'guh have been incubating and transforming since December of 2011 after I visited Matt Doughty's house and saw a Fisher-Price Husky Helpers astronaut figure. I loved those toys as a kid but I'd never seen this astronaut Matt had. For the next few months the Bruh'guh gradually emerged from my mind through a series of doodles and sketches and I'd even taken a crack at sculpting sculpting. These would have been my 2012 resin release but when I showed them to my friend John Kent, he remarked how they looked like they were made of rock and that made me shelve them in favor of the Ston'emm. 

But I never stopped drawing the Bruh'guh, they kept coming back in different forms and shapes, almost as if they wanted to exist and kept trying to punch their way out of my subconscious and into reality. A couple years ago I'd taken another Bruh'guh drawing, turned into a "Bruh'guh Grunt" and offered some for sale, but that wasn't quite there yet. 

This version is my most recent and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Lots of features from all the different Bruh'guh drawings went into this "final form" and I'm just excited to see these exist after 14 years.
